Mat Gilroy
Just to be different from the brothers, Mat decided to grow up in Winnipeg where he received a BA in Theatre from the University of Winnipeg. Studying performance and design, he combined his skills to pursue work behind the lens starting in community television where he honed his skills as a Producer, Director, Video Journalist and Studio Tech. After developing his skills for over 5 years creating content for the community, Mat changed his focus to working freelance where he has been working with the Affolter brothers in various regards with a focus on Producing beautiful looking content. As well, he works with the Crazy8s Film Society as an Associate Producer helping to develop local filmmakers. Mat is honoured to be brought on this talented team at Foreshadow Films.
